About the Founder
Nourishfully is built by Swetha Malyala (Tonupunuri), who created the platform through a gradual shift in focus rather than a single defining moment.
Over time, her attention moved from professional work in other fields to the everyday questions that arise around feeding a family—how food supports health over years, how patterns form quietly, and how much mental energy goes into daily eating decisions.
Nourishfully grew from paying closer attention to these questions, alongside ongoing study in nutrition science and gut health. The platform reflects a learning-first way of working: observing real-life eating patterns, connecting them with structured education, and translating that understanding into tools and frameworks that feel usable in daily life.
